What do we offer?
PHYSICAL EDUCATIONPhysical education is a course taught in schools where students develop physical fitness and the ability to perform and enjoy day-to-day physical activities. Kids also develop Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) necessary to participate in a wide range of activities, such as gymnastics, dance and netball.

HEALTHY EATINGEating a balanced diet means eating a variety of foods and following the Australian Dietary Guidelines (2013). Healthy food promotes health and helps to protect against diseases. As we grow up we need to consume all different types of food for each different stage of our development. Poor nutrition can impact on normal growth.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENTPhysical, cognitive, and affective (emotional) development are the three primary areas of Growth and Development in our children. Engaging children from a young age in Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) is an effective step in promoting an active lifestyle, developing fine motor abilities and improving self-esteem, social skills and positive attitudes towards physical education. This is then reflected in other areas of their education.
